Shipping policy

  All orders places online besides “Hair on Hand” are preorders . This means there is a processing period between 2-5 business days  before your order is shipped out. Once shipped it can take 1-8 days depending on the type of shipping you choose at checkout . If there aren’t any delays with your order under our responsibility, kindly reach out to us for a resolution. Once you receive your tracking number you are at full responsibility for anything that happens with your package during or after delivery so please assure that your delivery address is correct and that your package will be safe at the address provided if you are not present.

Express and Overnight Shipping

 
   Please be aware that there are extra fees if you would like any type of expedited shipping . Shipping starts when the provider has packed and given your order to the shipping courier. Please be mindful that if you are placing any orders outside of our “Hair on hand “ tab then there is a processing period before your order is shipped. The shipping period you choose at checkout will then come into affect once the courier receives your package.  
 

  If you are purchasing from our “Hair on hand” tab and is in a rush for your order , please purchase your items by 1pm Eastern time for all overnight and express shipping orders  to be  shipped in a timely manner and recieved in the expected time frame.
